As English medium schools, we attach great importance to English across the curriculum.
To widen the teaching repertoire of our teachers and further exposing them to good pedagogical practices and curriculum planning, we have decided to run a Mentorship Programme with Singapore schools and local ESF schools.
The main objective of this programme is to share the experiences between teachers of 2 local ESF schools - the Island School (14th to 16th January, 2002) and South Island School (5th to 7th February, 2002) and 3 Singapore secondary schools - Bendemeer secondary school, St. Anthony school, Maris Stella School (19th to 23rd February, 2002 ) in delivering English Across Curriculum (EAC) and extra-curriculum activities. The participant teachers of visits shared their observations of good practices of curriculum delivery in the schools concerned.
