About the Library

The St. Paul's Convent School Library is one of the most popular locations for students here at SPCS. Our spacious environment and great selection of books and material make it a must stop for students who enjoy reading and learning. New material is added to our collection every month and activities organized by the Library to promote reading are held regularly.

The Library is home to nearly 17,000 books and audiovisual materials. Books are available in three different languages: English, Chinese and French.  Our library catalog is fully computerized. Since 1995, we have been using the School Library System (SLS) to enable users to electronically search our catalog. They can search for books by ISBN, Title, Author, Subject or Location. English books are categorized under the Dewey Decimal Classification while Chinese books are classified under the 中國圖書分類法(賴永祥) .
